前陣子生活沒有規律:吃垃圾快餐,熬夜,泡麵蛋糕做宵夜,壓力一大就吃瘋狂吃巧克力。結果呢,一下子肥了很多,成了胖妞妞。(飆淚。。。)快要回國了,為了不在機場嚇到爸媽,也為了自身的健康,最近下定決心開始減肥。要我整天都餓著我受不了,現在實行的計劃是:每天早晨吃一顆小蘋果,一杯脫脂麥片。中午照常吃,一碗飯,有肉有菜。晚上吃減肥餐。(委屈LG了,他隻能自己買外賣或者盒飯)下麵就讓大家看看我這幾天晚上吃的~
1. 第一天:一碗涼拌黃瓜絲兒+一壺鐵觀音

2. 第二天:蘿卜絲兒+葡萄柚
(有點求瘦心切,蘿卜絲兒都不加麻油和糖,直接蘸醋。。。)

3. 第三天:一大盤涼拌菠菜+一罐fat free酸奶

綠綠的菠菜好新鮮~,用滾水卯燙,立刻扔冰水裏。

瀝幹,切幾刀,用稀釋的柴魚醬油拌一拌,撒上芝麻。很適合夏天。

4. 第四天:粉絲拌黃瓜絲兒+兩片海苔蘇打

5. 第五天:4顆水餃+一小盤水煮蔬菜

一根西芹切碎,一個小的鮪魚罐頭加一小勺蛋黃醬,一點點青檸汁拌上。
像包春卷那樣卷起來。

7.第七天:LG看我麵有菜色,堅持一周至少得有一天晚上正常吃飯。
在超市買了一隻烤雞。

炒個西芹炒蛋。切一盤黃瓜絲兒。

撕幾片雞肉,加上黃瓜絲兒,蔥絲兒,甜麵醬,用tortilla卷上,吃吧!

除了晚上少吃,每天再蹬20分鍾登山機。(好吧我老實交代,其實我隻蹬了4天) 這周的成果:瘦了5磅。我的目標是再瘦10磅,加油!
