今年,我試著用外婆和媽媽的方法做了肉圓子和蛋餃。LG在我炸圓子的時候,興奮地說:It's your mom's legacy! 爸爸聽說我也開始做肉圓,很欣慰:女兒在繼承外婆的傳統啊。雖然隻做了10個,但LG說,這是他吃過的最好吃的肉圓子。看來,我能把家裏的legacy傳承下去哦。

(湯底是用雞架熬了3個小時的高湯)

蘿卜燉肉,LG很愛吃,我家的保留菜。肉用夾心肉,肥瘦正好,口感有彈力。

醋拌小黃瓜,很爽口。用蓑衣黃瓜的切法,揪成小塊,泡在用米醋,白糖,蒜末,鹽,麻油,味精調成的汁裏,冰2個小時。

小時候每年的年三十,我們都是中午餓一頓,然後從4點多開始吃年夜飯。吃完收拾幹淨,再擺上各種零食果品,高高興興看春晚。今天我也繼承家裏的光榮傳統,早早吃完年夜飯,湊了一點家鄉的小零食。還真有點過年的氣氛。

嗬嗬廚藝是有遺傳的,不怕荒廢。等你有閑的時候,手藝自然會回來的。
蛋皮是自己做的,餃子皮就不是了。南方人,不會和麵。。。
哈哈多謝。也有不少女生羨慕我有個好LG呢。

jingutierrez:legacy的秘訣就是:不能用現成的肉糜,要用三分肥七分瘦的五花肉自己剁。不放一粒粒的生薑,而是放把薑切碎了用紗布擰出的薑汁去腥。除了醬油,鹽,和料酒,再加一點點的鎮江醋. 這樣口感會非常嫩。肉圓子炸好了之後,還要用雞湯煨。放冷之後,冷藏。每次燒湯放上10個。你試試,真的很好吃哦。
