現在正是吃蟹的好時節,蟹餅做法如下:

原料圖:

主要材料:
蟹肉12盎司,我是自己剝的蟹肉,用了一整隻太平洋蟹 (dungepons crab )
青椒1/2杯,
蔥2根
Ritz餅幹碎1/3杯(約8塊左右)
蛋一隻
麵粉少許

調味料:
蛋黃醬(mayonnaise)1/4杯
Worcestershire sauce 一小勺
鹽一小勺
大蒜粉1/4小勺
cayenne pepper 1/4小勺
芥末(mustard)一小勺
半個檸檬擠出的汁

做法:
青椒和蔥切碎,樂之餅幹碾碎

再加上蟹肉,蛋,和所有的調味料充分混合。握成小餅。

在平底鍋裏熱1/3杯油,將蟹餅粘上麵粉後,煎至兩麵金黃。
(每麵大約煎3分鍾)

用蛋黃醬混合檸檬汁和芥末作為蘸醬。黃瓜不隻是做裝飾用,還可以解油膩。
