好久不見,大家還好嗎?好久沒上貼,今天帶幾個菜來,祝大家節日快樂!

8226;coconut shrimp 做法如下:
原料:大蝦16隻,麵包碎1杯,幹椰絲1杯半,五香粉1小勺半,cayenne pepper一小勺,太白粉半杯,鹽半小勺,蛋一隻。

做法:先把鹽,pepper,五香粉和麵包碎充分拌勻,再加入耶絲混合。

蝦剝殼去泥腸,用廚紙吸幹表麵水分,沾上一層太白粉。
浸入蛋液,再裹上麵包耶絲碎,壓壓緊。

油熱之後,轉中火炸4分鍾,再開大火炸一分鍾左右。一次不要炸超過8個。

我做了 Citrus Dip. 新鮮橙肉兩勺+橘子果醬一勺+幾滴蘭姆酒。

把炸好的蝦放廚紙上吸油,裝盤。撒上一點parsley和橙皮做裝飾。

8226;split pea soup 做法如下
原料:幹split pea一包(一磅裝),帶骨smoked hog12盎司,中等大小洋蔥一個,咖喱粉半小勺或咖喱塊少許(手指一個關節這麽大就夠),paprika或cayenne pepper一小勺,parsley一小勺,鹽3/4大芍。

做法:split pea洗淨。洋蔥切成碎,用一小塊黃油炒香。千萬用中小火炒,不能炒焦了。加上8杯水,pea, hog, 和其他所有的調味料。水開後,轉中小火燉一個小時15分鍾。

肉取出來,用blender把湯給puree了。把肉去骨,切成小丁後再倒入湯中。
(因為燈光關係,這張照片顯黃。為了不引起爭議,我幹脆改成黑白了)

8226;炒三絲原料:豆芽,意大利青瓜,熏火腿肉。

豆芽掐去頭尾的須須根根,燙30秒。(掐豆芽是個耐心活兒,我一根一根掐了45分鍾。。。也給大家看看沒掐的豆芽的殘樣兒,區別有點大)

青瓜和火腿切成和豆芽差不多細的絲兒,先炒。最後加上豆芽。除了鹽,啥也不用放,很清口的一道菜。

8226;白菜包 原料:白菜,肉餡 (我用的是包餛飩剩下的一坨餡兒)
白菜燙30秒,泡冰水。瀝幹,包餡兒。蒸8分鍾。用留在蒸碗裏的汁兒勾芡。
