第一次做藕盒。

今天試做了一次藕盒。其實我們那兒是叫藕餅,也有人說是藕夾。不管叫啥,反正就是兩片藕夾肉,用麵糊煎的東西。

基本用料:藕,絞肉

藕切成片,泡水

絞肉加醬油,黃酒,五香粉,蔥。
為什麽有兩碗咧?因為LD喜歡吃蔥,蔥多的餡兒做給他,正常的給我。

麵漿:一杯麵粉一小勺baking soda加水和成糊糊。

熱油鍋,裹上麵糊,煎。

到兩麵金黃就可以了。

剩下的碎藕片加上辣椒絲和毛豆,又是一道菜。

先炒辣椒和藕片,再加毛豆,澆上糖醋汁。糖醋汁=一勺醬油+一勺糖+一勺醋

再來一碗番茄蛋湯,就是今天的晚飯。第一次做藕餅,油溫沒有掌握好,顏色有點黑。不過還是很好吃!嗬嗬,我吃了好多,現在還覺得一肚子都是藕。

吃完飯來個水果!這可不是一個普通的橙子喲。
