一日居然吃三餐!~~~~~~~

和大多數有學齡兒童的家庭一樣,一到周末就忙著去跳舞鋼琴中文。通常是在家吃個早午餐,晚飯在外解決。

昨兒特殊,居然在家吃了三餐,難得啊。

秀給大家看看,見笑啦。

早餐

愛爾蘭蘇打麵包





這不是傳統意義上的麵包,因為沒有發酵,有些像biscuit,配杏醬是我喜歡的組合。







午餐

雞蛋salad






蛋煮熟,把蛋黃挖出來,切成小丁拌 Mayonnaise, 再放回蛋裏,然後用香菜碎和西芹
裝飾。

蝦皮皮蛋






蝦皮皮蛋紅椒香菜用少許蔥油鹽醋拌勻。

涼拌黃瓜






枸杞燕麥粥






晚餐

比管魚頭






油菜毛豆






油菜梗切碎用鹽爆醃後擠去水分,與毛豆紅椒一起炒熟。

還有一個玉米筍菜心沒拍






羊肉蘿卜湯






Old-Fashioned Oatmeal Cookies






樣子雖醜,味道不錯,騙小朋友,綽綽有餘。
附蘇打麵包方子, 參考parents 雜誌March 2005 整理而成。
Irish Soda Bread
3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1 cups buttermilk (or use regular milk combined with 1 teaspoons white or cider vinegar )
1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Butter a baking sheet or cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking powder, soda, sugar and butter then stir in the raisins. Add buttermilk to make a soft, kneadable dough.
3. Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and knead it briefly. Shape it into 2 round loaves and place them on the baking sheet. Cut a cross in the top of the loaf with a single-edged razor blade or a very sharp floured knife.
4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on a rack.
