星期六參加了Pacifica的devil’s slide。104英裏，爬升9400 ft，爬升都在後半程，風大，日曬，非常辛苦。新輪子和最近的訓練，讓我的長途騎車感受提高不少。兩年前這個ride，我騎得非常suffer，昨天結束時候自我感覺不錯。
星期天難得篤悠悠吃完早飯，看完點球大戰，西班牙帥哥哭著回家，我去海邊跑步。
天氣比預期得熱，水快喝完了，突然看到路邊有個小推車，上麵寫著 bay trail project。原來就好像我們小時候那篇課文，驛路梨花，有人留著幾桶免費的水和能量棒，給需要幫助的人，我加滿了水，跑完了全程。這個小小的細節，讓我一天都覺得很感動。
下午覺得很困，但是還有遊泳任務，鬥爭了半天，還是去了gym，完成了遊泳。心裏很有成就感地走出來，卻看到自己的車窗被打碎了，還好最值錢的roka wetsuit在還後箱蓋裏。
當時就覺得，我這麽辛苦訓練，竟然還這樣的遭遇。淚水忍不住掉下來。老公來給我善後，讓我回家休息。
回到家吃了閨蜜特意給我做的炸醬麵，覺得好多了。然後收到昨天騎車偶然認識的義工給我們拍的照片，我原本不指望她會真的發給我們，沒想到她還認真地都發了，還祝我和閨蜜大鐵成功。
晚上整理照片時候，又想起全家一起躺在床上看世界杯，白天那個海邊小驛站，騎車同伴的笑容，老公為我擋風遮雨，閨蜜的炸醬麵，不管遇到什麽樣的惡行，總要相信人的善良和隨之帶來的幸福。
做住院醫生第一天，主治醫生放了一段話給我看，從此銘記心中，時時想起。
