原料:
1磅豆角(約450克)
1包碎米芽菜
1磅雞肉末(約450克)
3瓣兒蒜,切片
1小塊薑,切片
1小勺醬油
幾根幹紅辣椒
鹽和油適量
做法:
豆角洗淨,切碎。
鍋裏放油,爆香一半的薑片和蒜片,下雞肉末,煸炒至金黃幹香,加一點點鹽調味,然後放入芽菜一起煸炒。
另外一口鍋,大火燒熱,放油,煸炒豆角至金黃,中間加薑片,蒜片,幹辣椒和鹽,豆角煸軟後放入芽菜肉末一起煸炒,加醬油,再炒兩三分鍾,起鍋。
很香,是道下飯的好菜。
