首先需要他們存款證明,最好不是國內銀行的證明,因為大家都知道國內一年每人隻能寄出5萬美元,最好存款是在其他地方可以一次匯到titlecompany.如果匯款的帳戶不是合同上的買家,需要thirdpartyconsent公證.若辦thirdpartyconsent,需要買房經紀人和titlecompany給你表格.
