韭菜盒子

湯麵(dough)

2 cup flour

1/4 tsp salt 

1 cup boiled hot water 

  • Kneaded, rest 10’ (x 2)

 

餡兒(stuffing - diced ingredients)

龍口粉絲(vermicelli) - could water 30’, boiling water 2’

4 eggs - stir fried 

1/2 豆腐或 2 豆幹(1/2 Tofu or 2 Dried tofu)

2 Tbsp soy source 

1/2 lb 韭菜(Chinese chives)

1/4 tsp salt 

 

1~2 Tbsp oil, cook 2’ each side, then 1’ each side.
