SUMMARY:今天(5月10日星期一)的房貸利率的價格變差。目前30年固定的零費用重貸利率為2.875%,15年固定為2.375%;購房貸款50萬左右,30年固定的利率為2.75%,15年仍為2.25% with 0 point, plus closing cost。
有市場分析認為,就業增加緩慢的原因是許多人不願意重新出來工作,除非新工作的工資遠高於政府發放的疫情救助金。這樣看來,未來工資收入的整體增長即將到來,也就是說未來通貨膨脹的風險也將極大地增加,這也意味著房貸利率也將水漲船高。如果你還在等待合適的時機鎖定利率,那可需要抓緊了。
