目前重新貸款50萬的利率,30年固定的零費用重貸利率回漲至3.375%,15年固定大幅漲至3.25%;購房貸款50萬左右,30年固定的利率仍為3.25%,15年漲至3.000%。
在這樣的一個利率上下劇烈震蕩的大環境下,如果你想鎖定一個理想的利率,你首先應盡快選定一家貸款公司開始遞交房貸申請,著手準備材料,然後就耐心等待,等到利率滿意的時候再下手鎖定利率。現在重新貸款的人很多,各家貸款公司都在滿負荷運轉;同時現在利率變好通常維持的時間很短,如果你等到利率變好的當天再下手開始申請,很有可能會貽誤時機。
