I don't get it. If Trump has a 915M loss in 1995, doesn't mean that he overpaid taxes to Uncle Sam in 1995, and have to claim losses in the following years to make it up? Looks like Uncle Sam is benefit from it. What's wrong with it?

@大號螞蟻:
Just saw your comment. Well said and completely in agreement with my previous comment. It is ironic Hillary has the gall to attack Trump for following the very tax code the Hillary's instituted.

Trump's tax strategy is not illegal. All that says is that the tax code is deeply flawed. However, the liberals are the ones loudly advocating complicated tax codes. The solution is to junk the current tax code completely and replace it with a flat tax on any and all transactions (sales), with NO exception. That will leave no loop holes and render all tax strategies and tax lawyering obsolete.

誰上台咱還不是一樣交稅,隻是咱想著過安穩的生活。你們說誰當總統能實現呢?

there is nothing wrong following tax code. however, bragging about not paying tax and saying that was smart is quote stupid in presidential election time.
all he has to say was " i followed tax codes. I had large loss before so that offset my tax".
Trump phenomenon reveals the intrinsic flaw of democracy. However, even though democracy is imperfect, it is much better than any authoritarian regime.
