著名的PETER MANSBRIDGE 來這演講。短短的一小時,給人印象很深,基本上是在輕鬆,歡笑聲度過。 他說話風趣,幽默,沒有深奧的大道理,但很貼近人的生活,充滿生活的哲理。講了三個故事,
第一個:做你認為有意義的事,不必等待人家的安排,行駛了繁瑣的行政手續後,才去例行公事。如三個護士自發去印尼,幫助海嘯災民,影響深遠。自己先行動,比坐在電視機前,怨天尤人的強許多倍。
第二個是教育好自己的孩子,別忘了我們的曆史。感激前輩給我們創下了今天。
第三個是一個新移民的自豪,把新的經曆分享給他們自己國家的普通人。雖然普通,但意義重大。
最欣賞的一句話是鼓勵年輕人:“think of big, dream big, but prepare to start small.”

Peter Mansbridge
Mansbridge has over 40 years of journalism experience including anchoring CBC's flagship newscast for over 20 years. Mansbridge has anchored coverage of many world events, both in the studio and on the scene including the Gulf War , September 11, 2001 , the fall of the Berlin Wall , the inauguration of U.S. President Barack Obama . It has been announced that in May 2010 he will become chancellor of Mount Allison University, and will hold the position until December 2013.
Mansbridge was born in london, England, and raised in Ottawa, Ontario, where he attended Glebe Collegiate Institute , but dropped out before graduating. He served in the Royal Canadian Navy in 1966 and 1967 and studied at Trinity College School in Port Hope, Ontario.
