請問NOID和RFE有什麽區別？
There are major differences between RFE and NOID.
1) Most of the time, a RFE is issued when a particular piece or pieces of necessary evidence are missing, and the RFE limits the request to the missing evidence.
2) Generally, a NOID is issued when the case appears to be ineligible for approval but not necessarily incurable.
Also, A NOID is more appropriate than a RFE when initial evidence is
predominantly present, but 1) the filing does not appear to establish
