I got 24S.E.T, Yoga, High Low Impact,  Hip Hop, StepPilate, Dancer's Workout, 24 lift, If you go 健身房,you'll found all the kind classes,normal I have one hour class, If I miss the class, I work any machina to loss 300卡路裏,normal one week 鍛煉4times.
