晨跑

今早愛美麗跑坡，我在邊上繞圈跑間歇。半小時以後她自己回去了，我繼續跑。給她帶了一個airtag，嘻嘻。

穿了新鞋子，af3。上次買一樣的號碼，結果很頂腳，所以退掉換了大半碼，結果還是覺得有點緊、這個af 3竟然要比af2大整整一碼麽。今天心率push不上去，但是腿很酸。跑完看配速都比以前高。不知道是不是換新鞋的關係。

跑步前吃了一個香蕉，跑完以後喝蛋白粉，吃了一個紅薯。還有一個紅薯等下上班間歇時候再吃一個。
