剛才在上班前下去遊泳的時候突然下雨了，我馬上把幾個水桶拿到屋簷下接滿了，節省了好幾分錢的水費啊 哈哈

這幾天澆花的水都省了 嗬嗬

 

 

 

 

 

今天沒有做平時的 routine 的 HIIT 運動，突然心血來潮在早上下去遊泳，把今天一天的蘋果手表上的鍛煉時間要求的圓環給閉合了，消耗的卡路裏的指標的圓環也超過一半了。
