最近幾日天氣暴熱,懶的做飯,貼上幾樣簡單小菜,但願您也喜歡

茄子幾根,蒸熟待涼改刀,放冰上,吃時沾料(蒜末、醋、醬油、辣油調製成沾料)清清爽爽,絕對開胃

小心得:吃時我突然有想,如果把墊在茄子下麵的冰塊預做成有味的,是否效果會更好呢?

鹹魚雞粒茄子煲

茄子幾根切條,雞肉切小粒、鹹魚切小粒(因手邊無鹹魚,我是用三文魚現醃的,嗬嗬)熱鍋加冷油至熱,先入蒜片薑片炒香再加入雞魚粒同炒至八分熟,加入茄條共炒,加料酒、醬油、糖炒至熟即可,鮮香味美
