糍飯糕、蔥油麵是上海家喻戶曉的平民早餐,兒時糍飯糕4分一塊,蔥油拌麵1角2分,嗬嗬,這種價格如今己成了曆史了,出國N年,在國外還真沒吃過“糍飯糕”憑良心講,過去的糍飯糕就是把當天剩下的飯,壓實成型笫二天油炸外賣,並不好吃到那裏,如今所追憶的隻是一種家鄉的感覺兒時的回味……

糍飯糕的做法;
糯米1/3,大米2/3,鹽少許,將2者合並入少許鹽煮成原飯,煮好後趁熱放入模具中壓緊壓實,待涼後切大後片入油鍋炸至外香內酥即可,簡單美味……

蔥油拌麵;五彩細麵一把,蔥、糖、醬油……鍋入油二勺,大把蔥慢慢升溫熬至蔥香略枯,先入醬油炒至醬香再入水、糖,即成蔥油汁吃時拌入麵中即可……
