簡單晚餐……“粗糧細做”培根炒飯、排骨蘿卜湯

打工掙錢,養家糊口,過年也沒得吃,簡簡單單,炒飯加湯,嗬嗬,又一天……

排骨蘿卜湯人人會做,我隻是弄了個迷你型的,排骨幾塊,蘿卜一小段……,排骨出水待用,蘿卜去皮切園拄段,用刀十字相切,底部相連,先用鹽水泡開,再過水漂淨,成菊花狀與排骨加水同蒸1小時,吃前入鹽、雞精即成,粗“糧”細做,就是一種感覺
