巧合的是，拜登大川普4歲，2人都是在78歲時，發生登機前跌倒的狀況。
根據獨立報（The Independent）報導，美國川普8日搭乘空軍一號前往大衛營，在登機時不慎絆倒。川普並沒有受傷，在進入飛機前，還轉身揮手致意，神色如常。
不過，2021年3月時，拜登登機前曾連絆3次，令人憂心他的身體狀況，畢竟當時他已經78歲了；4年後，同樣是78歲的川普，也在登機時絆倒，幸好沒有受傷。
