一名執法官員告訴CNN，這名男子當時正在通過安檢，警察看到了信號槍和火炬。這名男子還隨身攜帶了兩個容器，當警方將它們打開時，裏麵的物質聞起來像汽油。
執法官員表示，這名男子被立即戴上手銬。據悉，此人手裏拿著一本筆記本，告訴警察他想去國會。
