一粒麥子死了就結出許多子粒來 — 約翰福音讀經隨筆 第12章

約翰福音第十二章第23—24節，耶穌說“人子得榮耀的時候到了”，也就是耶穌知道自己為了拯救罪人就要被釘死在十字架上了替罪人受懲罰；耶穌接著說“一粒麥子不落在地裏死了仍舊是一粒，若是死了就結出許多子粒來”，耶穌的意思是他的死會叫許多人得救進天國得永生，人所需要做的就是相信耶穌，接受耶穌的救贖，在神的愛裏結果子。這正是神愛世界，甚至將他的獨生子賜給他們。

約12:23 耶穌說、人子得榮耀的時候到了。
Jesus answered them, "The time has come for the Son of Man to be glorified.
約12:24 我實實在在的告訴你們、一粒麥子不落在地裏死了、仍舊是一粒．若是死了、就結出許多子粒來。
Most certainly I tell you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains by itself alone. But if it dies, it bears much fruit.
約3:16 神愛世人、甚至將他的獨生子賜給他們、叫一切信他的、不至滅亡、反得永生。
For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
