Listen to former US Ambassador Chas Freeman explaining why the "Rules Based International Order" that his country keeps bringing up is a scam. It's just a way for the US and its allies in the West to do what ever they want, invent new rules as they go, and un-invent them as soon as they are not convenient anymore for their hegemonic designs. The much older and much more appropriate concepts of international law are trampled on every day. This is pure anarchy by those in power.
