椰絲球
做法:
(1) 1.5杯椰絲+1雞蛋+0.5茶匙香草精華
(2)烤箱溫度設置375讀,烤15分鍾

杏仁餅
材料:
butter or margarine 0.5杯
糖 0.5杯
雞蛋 2個
牛奶 0.5杯
麵粉 1.5杯
baking powder 0.5茶匙
鹽 0.5茶匙
杏仁 0.5杯
做法:
(1) butter 微波融化,放入糖,攪拌
(2) 然後加入雞蛋,牛奶,攪拌均勻
(3) 繼續加入麵粉,baking powder,鹽,杏仁(切碎),攪拌
(4) 烤箱溫度設置375度,烤15分鍾
