蔥香火腿包
麵坯:牛奶0.5杯,水1杯,麵粉3杯,油2 table spoon,酵母2 tea spoon,糖3 table spoon
餡:火腿碎,蔥花,雞蛋,胡椒,鹽
做法:麵包機和麵發麵,發好的麵分成若幹長條,卷成S或8形。醒1小時,塗火腿餡,刷蛋液,375F烤20~30分鍾
椰絲麻花包
麵坯:3杯麵包粉,2個雞蛋,1杯牛奶,1杯糖,1 tea spoon鹽半條黃油,酵母2 tea spoon。
做法:麵包機發麵和麵,發好的麵分成若幹長條,編成麻花辮子,醒1小時,刷蛋黃液,370F烤20~30分鍾。烤好後撒細椰絲。
椰絲提子包
和麵的時候加上粗些的椰絲和提子,就是椰絲提子包樂~~
