牙買加豬排沙拉 – Jerk Pork Chop Salad
同事從牙買加帶回來的Jerk sauce, 送我一瓶, 把它醃了無骨去皮的雞腿和豬大排, 烤了, 很好吃, 比我上次作的味道要更辣,

醃醬:
1個洋蔥, onion
2個紅蔥頭, shallot,
3個 ”哈苯呐羅”辣椒,Scotch Bonnet/habanero pepper,
6-7瓣大蒜,
1大匙,五香粉, five-spice powder
1大匙,”多香粉”,ground all spice berry
1大匙胡椒粉, black pepper
1大匙幹百裏香,thyme
1茶匙肉豆蔻粉, ground nutmeg
2大匙紅糖
2茶匙鹽
半杯醬油
2大匙植物油
2大匙白葡萄醋, white balsamic vinegar
1 TB 老抽, dark soy sauce, 上色用
6磅雞腿
進450F 烤30-35 分鍾, 烤好的雞和排骨用來配沙拉吃, 冷或熱放沙拉上都可以, 下班回家很方便就做好了晚飯.
