每日的清粥小菜
泰式茄子燒肉,
熱鍋放油炒香咖哩醬, 加椰奶白乳燒香, 出油,加肉炒斷生, 放椰奶, 燒開, 加茄子,紅椒,檸檬葉(kaffir lime leaves)煮軟後, 加椰塘, 魚露, 拌入九層塔, 和檸檬葉絲, 就好了.

幹煸嫩尖椒,
嫩椒幹鍋慢火煸軟, 煸到表皮起泡泡, 取出,
肉末跟薑末, 蒜末, 豆豉, 泡辣椒, 用油炒香, 倒回嫩椒, 噴酒, 加醬油, 糖, 點一下水, 稍燒一下, 起鍋.

西芹拌海蟄頭,
西芹去筋,切片, 胡蘿卜切片配色用, 用開水燙過, 跟發泡好的海哲頭,用麻油,鹽,味精拌好.

炒魚片
用了Costco’s ling cod (雪魚),切片,用澱粉,酒,鹽, 抓一下, 用不粘鍋, 溫油滑炒斷生,取出,
薑絲,西芹絲, 胡蘿卜,炒軟, 倒入魚片, 加入調味料 (碗裏對上, 水澱粉, 鹽, 糖, 胡椒, 紹酒, 雞粉),拌勻, 起鍋.

青菜磨菇豆腐,
豆腐切大片, 幹粉裹一下再拖一下雞蛋麵糊, 用不粘鍋兩麵煎金黃取出,
肉末跟薑末蒜末用油炒香, 加青菜磨菇炒軟, 加入調味料 (碗裏對上, 水澱粉, 醬油膏, 糖, 白胡椒, 紹酒, 1杯雞湯), 燒綢後加入煎好的豆腐, 再燒一下, 就撒點青蔥段, 麻油出鍋.

肉末炒甜菜脯 - 配粥,拌米粉, 夾饅肉, 都好棒.
甜菜脯洗淨,用food processor打碎.
肉末跟蔥,薑, 蒜末, 豆豉, 幹辣椒, 小綠辣椒, 用油炒香, 倒入蘿卜幹, 翻炒香, 噴酒, 加糖, 和一大勺寧記麻辣火鍋醬,翻炒香, 加白胡椒,淋麻油, 起鍋.

蔥,蒜,香菜, 小綠辣椒, 鹽, 胡椒,醋, 橄欖油, 把它們打成泥, 做醬汁, 淋在grilled 的魷魚和蝦上, 不好意思, 吃了一半才搶拍了一下.

跟上麵做法一樣, 用了綠咖哩醬,和豆角, 還放了香茅.

麒鱗豆腐,
為了做五大的夏威夷的沙拉, 在扣絲扣買了一箱罐頭菠蘿, 一箱罐頭桔子, 一箱午餐肉, 結果是要想辦法用掉這些東東.
做了一道很好吃的菜, 沒想到午餐肉蒸了後很糯很嫩, 跟豆腐很搭, 好吃, 知道它名聲不好, 不要常吃. 跟扣肉有點近.
嫩豆腐切厚片, 8片,
低鹽的午餐肉(Spam), 也切成8片,
冬菇, 泡發, 後去蒂, 橫的片成兩片薄的, 我隻用了上麵的帽蓋子, 其他留下次用.
把這三樣相間放好在一長盤裏, 中火蒸20分鍾, 取出, 盤邊圍上燙熟的青菜, 淋上熱醬汁, 好了.
醬汁:
另取一小鍋, 放入 一杯泡香菇的水, 1 TB 澱粉, 3 TB萬家香的素耗油, 1 TB 糖, 慢火燒成薄芡, 再加入1 tsp 麻油.

再八卦一下, LG直今很得意地看我在貼裏稱他 ”Large”,我也不想揭穿了, 男人吧是要靠我們女的常常給他們鼓鼓氣的, 戴戴高帽子..你要往歪處想, 也是一個道理.
