感恩節後的剩菜料理:
火雞骨架湯-
其實感恩節後, 最好吃是火雞骨架湯,
把骨頭頒碎, 打一大鍋的水, 燒滾後, 慢火熬, 滿屋香氣, 加一棵大白菜, 兩把粉絲, 燒軟後, 一點白胡椒和鹽, 就是美味了,

火腿炒蘿卜絲 -
油鍋炒香蒜, 下蘿卜絲再炒幹, 炒蔫, 加醬油, ,五香粉, 雞粉, 糖, 酒, 略燜, 加火腿絲, 豌豆, 蔥, 拌炒勻, 點香油, 灑白胡椒, 就好了.

吃點清淡的, 再來條清蒸魚, 多謝那天幾位老師指點, 說是在魚背後拉一刀,可防皮破,就學了來做, 還是最簡單的方法, 魚盤裏墊蔥段, 魚身, 魚肚裏放薑片, 蒸鍋上汽後蒸8-9 分鍾, 因為我蒸了兩層, 就關火燜了幾分種 (據說這叫虛蒸). 取出後, 把盤裏的水倒掉, 可去腥, 魚上放蔥絲, 泡椒, 再澆上燒熱的油, 淋上金蘭蒸魚露.
