茅台風波

兩個星期以前定了茅台gel。第一次用了一個叫做feed的網站，然後就收到confirmation說送出來了，四天到，我心說還挺快的，周末long run就能用到了。

收到以後打開一看，一堆sis gel，還有什麽cliff bar之類的，看來也是一個endurance athelte的order。

真的很無語。

我用了這麽多年gel，這是第一次收到wrong order。對這個網站的印象一瀉千裏啊。

就給他們發了信，還拍了照片。語氣不是很善。lol。我說我們買gel都是等著用的，這種delay不僅給我帶來stress，可能會影響我的比賽，還會給另外那個寄錯order的athlete帶來同樣的煩惱。希望你們能夠認真調查，避免再次發生。

然後第二天就收到email，發了一個return label給我，讓我把這個寄回去，說我的gel已經在路上了。我就讓老邁去寄了。

然後他們的founder(當然真的假的也不知道）還給我發了一個email follow up。還解釋了為啥那個order會發錯。

Our team has addressed this issue, and we found that one of our printers created a duplicate shipping label from a previous order causing this order to ship to the wrong address. I just checked the tracking and the replacement order is expected to arrive tomorrow! I can't wait for you to get your package! All the best.

不知道這個網站是不是一幫小年輕組建的，雖然錯誤出了，但是至少態度還挺好的，哈哈。也沒說送我一盒gel賠禮道歉啥的，lol
