遊泳心得

昨天中午和教練碰頭，遊完以後，他走過來跟我擊掌，說我進步很大。

回到辦公室，他發消息說，Great job today! your hard work, patience and persistence is paying off! Proud coach today! 心情覺得很振奮，一天天在泳池裏來回的掙紮的我，終於看到了一線光明。

下班以後看到教練在我們三項俱樂部的網頁上貼了這段話，上麵是我的照片和昨天遊泳的錄像。

One thing I love about swimming is how much it accurately parallels life - one can only be successful at it through patience, practice, and persistence. A few months ago 落花 started to learn to swim with the very basics - how to hold her body in the water, while kicking and blowing bubbles.  She has progressed beautifully and is staring to piece together a very proficient stroke. There is no quick fix! 

那一瞬間，我覺得眼淚都湧到眼眶裏。他雖然不苟言笑，但是我的努力他都明白。真的沒有其他辦法，隻能在岸邊默默看著我一個人努力。他能做的隻有這麽多，剩下的毅力和勤勞，隻有我自己去付出。人生，何處不是如此。

我也喜歡遊泳，基本上保持每周一到二次，每次遊泳40分鍾的頻率。目前隻會蛙泳。
