She stopped me

After bought two houses and three condos, I told my realtor I am done in this town. I exceeded my goal of ten units.

The I found another two condos interesting. I made offers, and I got them. My realtor laughed my changing decision. "I thought you said you are done", she said. "Somebody has to stop me lol" I responded.

Then I found a house interesting. The owner asked for $180,000. I told my realtor I have to have a deal on this. I told her $150,000 is the purchase price, but we can start at $145,000.

She wrote an offer. Seller responded $170,000.

I countered $147,500. No reponse.

I increased to $150,000. No response.

Seller told the listing agent, until buyer comes up with a more satisfying offer, do not respond.

I broke my rule and told my realtor to increase to $152,500. No reponse.

Then $155,000. No reponse.

I told my realtor I gave up. "Finally somebody stopped you lol" my realtor laughed.

She(the seller) did.
