My experience? 10 years of life in English-speaking environment, no Chinese, which forced you to English only. Whatever you need, use English to ask, to write. Listen to English only media, Radio, TV - - which crooked  your thoughts at English-resolution and led you to the table of English-speaking circles. All of above like train-track hook you into the track to think in English only.
