And I said he's a strong bright man, but he has the look of a man who is about to take on a job he's not at all sure is going to end well. I mean that seriously.
We are so well-positioned. We are so well-positioned to lead the world into the 21st century.

Mr. Biden不過是客觀地說明了中國及中國人的卑微民族特性:無公正感、服從威權、無能力創新思維、缺乏探索精神。然後以當政政治家的責任和身份,告訴美國的青年學生們,所宣傳和渲染的中國競爭力根本不值一提;且以個人身份和親身經曆表明,他所打過交道的中國現任領導人"take on a job he's not at all sure is going to end well",他知道這話的沉重分量和震撼性,還緊接著特意加上 "I mean that seriously",以鼓勵美國的花朵和未來們。同時,這些話在一個非政府官方形式的正式場合(Non-governmentally official ceremony),宣告了美國政府和政府領導人對美國及其國民的已完成並正在進行的負責、能力和信心。
個人覺得吧,他在大學畢業典禮上提這些,說明他已經沒有足夠的信心了,他知道中國的挑戰已經對米國構成了威脅,說這些是給自己壯壯膽,給米國的學生們壯壯膽。米國在國際事務上認為自己就是正統,其他人都要聽米國的。那麽借用他老人家的一句話: change only comes from challenging orthodoxy.

Have you ever thought is the political systems. One is liberty and justice for all. The other is for "absolute most people".
For your comparison:

Americans look at themselves in a positive way always although they have as many problems as other nations if not more.
We Chinese always look at ourselves in a negative way plus give credits to those foreigners who judge us in a negative way!!

But Biden really doesn't hold any position to judge Chinese leaders in such a negative way when he and Obama are dragging USA to the bottom of the HILL. Dirty politicians work only for their own benifits!! Although there are a lot of dirty elements in politics , the fact is China is going uphill while USA is going downhill.
