關鍵步驟包括:
土豆切好後泡半小時, 用paper towel吸幹水再下鍋.
炸兩輪: 第一輪中火, 至硬身, 然後濾幹油放涼; 第二輪高火至金黃.

吃完再努力減肥...這就是對薯條又愛又恨的感覺....
