我在家的時候,主要負責和麵和包,因為我總被嘲笑擀的皮子不是正圓,也就樂得卸了這副擔子。來美國以後,發現很多人不會擀皮,卻偏偏愛吃餃子。每次無論是我 voluntarily 還是“被厚臉皮想餃子的家夥們要挾”開 party 的時候,餃子都是必不可少的。我不喜歡用買來的皮子,所以不僅要“重操舊業”(反正沒人抱怨圓不圓,有人做就不錯了 J ),大多數時候還得從頭到尾的張羅, felt very important J。包餃子就像個作坊,你準備這個,他做那個,圖的是個熱鬧,是大家一起做,一起吃,一起開心的感覺;感覺到位,夫複何求?
I was only able to EAT at age of 5. I might start to make it when I was a teenager. Never went to kindergarten, which might explain my being less sociable. :-)

"好吃不過餃子!", that's my grandma used to say. I began to learn 包餃子 from her when I was five. I remembered I prefered to stay with her than go to kingdergarten.
