比較鳳凰城的房市和拉斯維加斯的房市

是否有人在這兩個地區同時買投資房子了？ 似乎在拉斯維加斯投資的回報率更高， 2000尺的房子比較： 

拉斯維加斯： 售價： 10萬左右， 租金1200-1300 

鳳凰城： 售價： 12萬左右， 租金1000-1100 

這兩個地區的地稅和ＨＯＡ都差不多。　想聽聽其他壇友們的建議，　包括經濟和增長的空間等。
