are you a realtor? or you have the realtor license? My realtor does not want to make offer for me since she does not want to waster her time. She wants me to offer by adding money to make sure  the offer will be accepted. She complains that each offer will cost her too much time. Her complains made me feel guilty. 

Is this new offer also in Chandler short sale? I think you agent is good at least he/she is willingly to make the back up offer for you.
