one is REO, one is ss. my offers for both were in back up and luckly I got them at last. Chandler market is hot. last week, I saw 3-4 houses, <200K/1800sqft in chandler, all gone within a couple days. So it would have multiple offers for sure. But i think you do not need take part in this bidding game, that is what sellor wants, not you. personally I prefer to make a price which i want. if i get it, it is good. if not, wait for next one. I just make an offer at 113K for a 1600sqft and I am in back up again....
