隨著A市以信息化帶動教育現代化，以教育現代化推動教育發展戰略的提出，A市市委，市政府不斷加大教育投資力度，使A市教育信息化建設的步伐不斷向縱深發展，A市中小學校園網、教育城域網在逐步建成。為了全麵貫徹黨和國家的教育方針，進一步促進全市中小學學業評價製度改革，形成科學、完善的學籍管理製度，市教育局在總結經驗、深入調研、廣泛聽取意見的基礎上，製訂了《A市中小學學籍管理辦法（試行）（共五十三條）》，要求各區教體（教育）局、市直各中小學校要認真做好學籍管理工作，做到學籍管理有專人、專機、專室。
As the strategy of informationization driving education modernization, and education modernization driving education development being carried out in City A, the City A government keeps investing in education which enables the education informationization in City A to develop intensively and extensively, and thus the LAN (Local Area Internet) within the campuses of elementary, middle and high schools, and the LAN (Local Area Internet) within the city are being established.
In order to fully carry out the education policies proposed by the government, and to advance the reforming of the performance evaluation system for the elementary, middle and high schools throughout the city, and eventually establish a scientific and optimized Student Registration Management System, the City A Bureau of Education formulated the Student Registration Management Policies for Elementary, Middle and High Schools in City A (Trial Implementation) (Fifty Three Items in Total). The policies were formulated based upon learning from previous experiences, thorough investigation, and broad consultation. It requires Bureaus of Education in all Districts, all Elementary, Middle and High schools to do their best in Student Registration Management, and make sure that there are staff, computers, and rooms for Student Registration Management use only.
專用計算機的配置性能要高，須配備液晶顯示器、攝像頭、移動硬盤和激光打印機。專職管理人員要勤懇敬業、相對穩定，確保地區和學校學籍管理數據的準確性、連續性。為使我市的中小學學籍管理水平不再停留在低效的手工管理上，運用網絡信息技術手段，研究開發了“A市中小學學籍管理係統”，本係統包括六個模塊：數據處理、數據編輯、信息查詢、學籍變更、表冊打印和係統說明。中小學學籍管理係統是典型的管理信息係統(MIS), 廣泛應用Web瀏覽器/服務器模式(Browser/Server，簡稱B/S)，完全符合計算機信息係統的發展趨勢。係統采用集成化的設計思想，將係統前後台管理、辦公自動化、Internet聯成一個網絡，形成統一的功能界麵進行管理，實現全方位的電腦化，全麵自動化，成為名副其實的學籍管理信息係統。
The computers must be equipped with LCD monitors, WebCams, mobile hard drives, and Laser printers. The staff must be professional and diligent, with a relatively good retention. These are needed to ensure the accuracy and continuousness of the Student Registration Management data. Using the internet information technology, the City A Elementary, Middle and High school Student Registration System was developed to take the place of the manual management work. The system consists of six modules, namely Data Processing, Data Editing, Information Searching, Registration Changing, Report Printing, and System Introduction. The City A Elementary, Middle and High school Student Registration System is a typical Management Information System (MIS). It widely used Web Browser/Server (B/S), which is the trend for future Computer Information System. It employed the design of the integration, integrated the front and end platform management, office automation, and internet into a web, so that everything is managed under the same interface, and thus computerization and automization are achieved.
由於本係統要求基於WEB，所以係統使用的前端開發工具是非常流行的網絡開發工具Asp，後台數據庫用的是Microsoft 2000 自帶的數據庫Microsoft Access，開發平台用的是Microsoft FrontPage, 本係統的界麵友好、操作方便、控製功能強、數據安全可靠且方便管理，是一套極具實用價值的、切實可行的學籍管理係統。
Because this system is based on WEB, the front developing tool we used to develop this tool is ASP, a very popular Web Developing Tool; the database we used is Microsoft Access, and the developing platform is Microsoft FrontPage. This system features user friendliness, convenient operation, accurate and reliable data, easy management, etc.
本論文對學籍管理的現狀和存在的問題進行了詳細的分析，提出開發本係統的必要性，對係統的開發工具和開發原理進行了介紹並闡述整個學籍管理係統的係統結構及工作原理。最後，本文詳細敘述了學籍管理係統的主要設計思路，並對其主要功能的實現過程進行了詳細的描述。
In this paper, thorough analyses on the status quo and the existing issues of the student registration management were conducted, the necessity of developing this system was discussed, the developing tool and principles for this system were introduced, and the system structure and operation principles were described. In addition, the main idea of the design of the Student Registration Management System and the procedure of developing its main functions were demonstrated in detail.
