專用計算機的配置性能要高，須配備液晶顯示器、攝像頭、移動硬盤和激光打印機。專職管理人員要勤懇敬業、相對穩定，確保地區和學校學籍管理數據的準確性、連續性。為使我市的中小學學籍管理水平不再停留在低效的手工管理上，運用網絡信息技術手段，研究開發了“A市中小學學籍管理係統”，本係統包括六個模塊：數據處理、數據編輯、信息查詢、學籍變更、表冊打印和係統說明。中小學學籍管理係統是典型的管理信息係統(MIS), 廣泛應用Web瀏覽器/服務器模式(Browser/Server，簡稱B/S)，完全符合計算機信息係統的發展趨勢。係統采用集成化的設計思想，將係統前後台管理、辦公自動化、Internet聯成一個網絡，形成統一的功能界麵進行管理，實現全方位的電腦化，全麵自動化，成為名副其實的學籍管理信息係統。

The student registration management system integrates front clients and background servers, has a unified interface, and automates over the internet which ticks all the boxes of a true computerized, automated student registration system.
