求教如何翻譯行政院

看到台灣行政院的翻譯(Executive Yuan) 覺得啼笑皆非：

我的建議是要麽完全用拚音，要麽完全用英文Executive Cabinet or Executive Assembly。

是我不自量力，班門弄斧？各位高手怎麽看？先拜謝了！
