It seems that having few dreams is a sign of quality sleep. Is that true?
I have a lot of dreams every night. I can have a few different ones every night, usually a new one after i wake up and fall asleep again. Is that a sign of poor sleep? Well, in general I don't seem to sleep that well.
I have googled my question, but it seems the answers I get are saying having dreams is very normal. It means certain parts of your brain are in a deep sleep stage.
What is your experience? I would love to hear about it. And is there anything I can do to reduce the dreams? Thanks for your suggestions.
