But if I wake up during the night and then have problem falling asleep again, I will feel tired. If I feel asleep very soon, then I will be fine the next day.
But in general, it seems my body does not work as well as before. If I don't use alarm clock, I will sleep for 10 hours before I can really wake up. I have done/tested this many times. My body does not seem to have the resiliency as before.
When I wake up from a dream, I usually remember it. But a few hours later, I forget about it. The contents of my dreams rarely bother me. It is usually a reflection of people and things I think during the day. It is amazing how my brain processes all that information and make it into my dreams.
