1. Usually dreams happen during your REM sleep, and REM sleep is a sign of high-quality sleep.
2. We do not remember majority of the dreams we had last night.
3. Remembering many dreams is not necessarily a bad thing. Howeverm it may raise concerns if you feel tired during the day, or the contents of your dreams make you anxious. In that case, go see your doctor, to see if there is any physical abnormalities.
