《寶煲家常》香幹菠菜、酸辣魚下巴

香幹二塊,菠菜二把,香幹切小丁,菠菜水燙時,在水中滴幾滴油,少加點鹽,燙至略熟馬上出鍋衝涼瀝幹切小段,加入香油、鹽拌勺即可,簡單美味。

酸辣魚下巴;

獅魚下巴一付,自製泡菜、泡椒、泡蒜薑少許,將魚下巴先用蔥薑酒泡一小時,擦幹油煎至金黃,起魚留底油,入薑蒜泡菜煸香,再入魚下巴,加水共煮至湯濃,再加半塊嫩豆腐,哇,口感酸辣,湯濃味醇,痛快!
