香烤竹筍飯的做法;冬筍一支,培根幾片,四季豆幾根,旦……冬筍先完整取幾片外皮,入水煮5分鍾,取出待涼取肉切小丁,培根、四季豆切小丁……用炒飯方式先炒熟、放入空筍內,開口處蓋上筍皮、入烤箱350度烤10分鍾…哇、太香了

辣蒸全魚:該店用的是立魚,我今天用的是紅魚,辣豆瓣醬少許,大蒜、薑、蔥、臘八豆少許、醬油…魚洗淨先魚身上抹上辣豆瓣醬、再依次放上臘八豆、蒜末、薑末、醬油與水2;1,上籠蒸12分鍾即可,吃對淋上蔥花油。

金玉滿堂...嫩豆腐一切,切小塊入鹽水煮一下過水瀝幹,蝦仁少許切丁,旦2個,蔥、薑少許、醬油……先炒旦,略成型倒入蝦仁了,薑片共炒至變色,入醬油少許,炒出醬香味時倒入豆腐、大火燒開小火煮一下…出鍋略打少茨、撒上蔥花即可
