2阿富汗移民少年強暴英15歲女孩 律師竟辯“文化差異”

兩名尋求庇護的阿富汗青少年，在英國皇家利明頓溫泉市（Royal Leamington Spa）強暴一名 15 歲青少女。當事人賈漢澤布（Jan Jahanzeb）和尼亞劄爾（Israr Niazal）皆為 17 歲，兩人皆於陳述階段承認犯行，分別被判處 10 年 8 個月和 9 年 10 個月有期徒刑，前者將於服刑後被遣返，後者的遣返則由法官建議政府施行。

據《英國廣播公司》（BBC）報導，本案即使在法律文件中都被描述為“駭人聽聞”。影片證據顯示，兩名加害者以普什圖語溝通，將尖叫的受害者捂嘴控製，並帶至公園隱蔽處實施犯行。

報導指出，此案件對受害者造成了嚴重的負麵影響，她在法庭陳述道 :“我被強暴的那天改變了我這個人，現在每次外出我都覺得不安全”，受害者家屬也表示，目睹了他們充滿活力、快樂且自信的女兒逐漸萎縮，焦慮嚴重到經常身體不適，更坦言“那天我們每個人心中都崩潰了”。

這類由西亞、中亞移民與政治庇護者犯罪行為，很可能加深英國公眾對於外來者的猜疑與恐懼，右翼政黨英國改革黨黨魁奈傑．法拉吉（Nigel Farage）便批評道，一些人會以“文化差異”做辯護，而那正是他們（移民）不該在這裏的原因。
