鞏俐自從去年加入新加坡籍之後，各種新聞不斷，近日就有賣豪宅“移民急售”之事。特立獨行的她依舊活得有個性，但有時她也會過平凡人的生活，早前便在火車月台發現她的行蹤。
香港“成報”消息，當日鞏俐配戴黑超墨鏡，身穿黑衣、黑長靴，並用白圍巾把自己包裹的極為嚴實，很怕被人認出，更帶上帽子。除了身邊隨行外，另有幾名身著中山裝的工作人員幫忙拿行李帶路。許久未坐過火車的鞏俐在站台也東瞧瞧西看看，顯得很好奇。如此有氣派的一行人等，自然引得不少人圍觀，不久就被認出這位就是大明星鞏俐，紛紛拿出相機拍照，場麵一度亂。好在主辦單立相當貼心，派車開進火車站台等候，讓她得以快速脫身。
近日，某售房網站上放盤銷售鞏俐名下的11 套深圳豪宅，4500萬元的高爾夫別墅“移民急售”。隨後記者多次向她求證，未得到回應。按照房源登記處的電話，記者找到該樓盤的地產經紀，他說：“此房源房產證上的確寫的是鞏俐姐姐的名字。”據他介紹，鞏俐是開發商的代言人，該套物業是開發商送給她的。雖有客人衝著名人效應去看過房，隻因總價太高，一直未能成交。
據悉，鞏俐的丈夫黃和祥在聽到媒體轉述此消息後，無奈地表示：“沒有這事，可能是對方在拿鞏俐炒作。”
